Job Description

1. New Product Research and Market Direction Reading and Compilation.
2. Development of New Product Process and Experimental Plan Formulation.
3. Establishment of New Product Testing Methods and Evaluation of New Product Feasibility or Reliability.
4. Schedule for new product sample submission, progress tracking, customer discussion, and small and medium-scale reproducibility.
5. Establishment and Maintenance of New Product DFMEA, Control Plan, Process Capability, and SPC Warning System.
6. Development of ISO Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standard Instruction Practices (SIP) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for New Products.
