職務内容
To support daily operations for APAC inbound and outbound shipments, partner onboarding and sustaining operations support, supplier data quality, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement
1. Vendor onboarding, data integration support and documentation:
Document end to end process for successful data integration with suppliers, lead day to day testing processes for new supplier integrations, train new suppliers in using Google’s preferred systems
2. Factory data quality tracking and management:
Triage and resolve data transmission issues between factory and 3PL
3. Manage daily inbound/outbound shipments:
Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are seamless and efficiently solve ad-hoc issues or delays
4. Monitor supplier metrics for scorecard reviews:
Drive strong vendor performance through detailed metric reporting, weekly touch points, and management level reviews
5. Support the evolving needs of both internal/external partners:
Lead change management planning and rollout with stakeholders
CM management
1. Tier 2 Tier 3 Supplier NPI onboarding according to SLA
2. Conduct bi-weekly meeting / monthly meetings and meeting notes and follow ups calls with suppliers during onboarding process
3. Coordinate requests from Xfn teams and consolidate messaging to suppliers
4. Logistics readiness for new projects to ensure 100% readiness before Ok2Ship
5. Document and ensure CM Escalations are resolved within SLA
6. Coordinate information flow between GSM/OPM, SDM, transportation, buyer, and fulfillment team.
3rd party programs support
1. Onboard new supplier within SLA
2. Monitor and resolve escalations within SLA & help to drive supplier readiness e.g. inbound label for 3rd party program suppliers, Systems (E2Open / EDI / etc.)
3. Report weekly launch related metrics (inventory out of stock, escalations) for 3rd party programs
Systems Setup
1. Onboard supplier new tool supported by E2Open i.e. MPS / ship commit; VAS; bundle files, etc. within targeted SLA
2. Support system on-boarding, UAT testing and follow up activities to ensure Systems are setup on time and at teh needed readiness level
3. Monitor and co-ordinate the EDI system testing and troubleshooting with factory operation team according to testing schedule
Sustaining Operations management
1. Track and drive factory outbound or field return/rework shipments end to end and are on time through aligning outbound / inbound activities between factory and logistics service providers
2. Monitor shipment ex-factory qty against MPS and ASN data, reporting actual qty and ASN data results, highlighting any deviations, raising needed bugs and help address any issues within agreed upon SLAs and MPS accuracy & ASN accuracy targets
3. Ensure factory sending out the ASN at the same day of shipment ex factory date and meets ASN accuracy KPI target
4. Help document factory issues and drive root cause corrective action on all escalated issues within SLA
Quality management & tracking
1. Lead quality issue data analysis and reporting within targeted SLAs
2. Drive quality issue through the QiX process from beginning to meet targeted SLA, documenting all needed information along the way
