職務内容
1.Order Processing: Handle and process e-commerce orders, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment and shipment to customers.
2.Inventory Management: Maintain the inventory system, monitor stock levels, and ensure adequate product availability while avoiding stock shortages or overstocking.
3.Logistics Operations: Coordinate with logistics partners (e.g., third-party logistics, 3PL) to ensure smooth delivery, optimize transportation efficiency, and control logistics costs.
4.Cross-border Logistics: Manage international shipping processes, including handling import/export procedures, customs clearance, and duties to ensure timely and compliant international order fulfillment.
5.Logistics Data Analysis: Regularly analyze logistics-related data (e.g., shipping times, freight costs, inventory turnover rates) and provide optimization recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
6.Problem Solving: Assist in resolving customer logistics issues, including returns, exchanges, and delivery inquiries, ensuring efficient problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
7.Promotion Support: Support promotional events by managing logistics needs, ensuring smooth inventory management and logistics operations during high-demand periods.
8.Cross-departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with the Product and Operations Departments to ensure logistics plans align with product and marketing strategies, providing real-time logistics support.
Qualifications:
-Proficient in logistics and inventory management systems.
-Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make decisions based on logistics data.
-Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with various teams.
-Experience in cross-border logistics is a plus.
