Job Description
1. 準備食材並烹調菜餚。
2. 掌控菜餚的擺盤與出菜的順序。
3. 進行廚房內的衛生管理工作。
4. 與同事或經營者共同討論菜色與菜單。
5. 負責研發新菜色。
6. 計算食材進貨的數量，並進行成本之控管。
7. 進行食材之採買。
