The Field Application Engineer (DRAM) will serve as the technical expert and primary point of contact for customers integrating DRAM products into their systems. The FAE will provide in-depth technical support, troubleshooting, and solution design, while collaborating closely with customers and internal engineering teams. This role involves system design consultation, product evaluation, and technical training. The FAE will also play a key role in gathering customer feedback for future product improvements. Travel to customer sites may be required to ensure successful product deployment and support.

(1) Products: Focus on DRAM products such as Mobile DRAM (LPDDR2/4), and  modern DRAM (DDR3/4), etc.

(2) Customer Support & Solution Design: Provide technical support to customers in

the application of DRAM products. Assist customers in the design and integration

of DRAM modules into their systems. Offer technical training and presentations

to clients on DRAM technologies and innovations.

(3) Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve DRAM-related issues at the hardware, firmware, and software levels. Support customers through the product lifecycle, from initial concept through production. 

(4) Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Liaise between customer technical teams and internal product development, R&D, and engineering teams. Gather customer feedback and requirements to provide insights for future DRAM product development.

(6) Model Simulation and Analysis: Ensure compliance with system requirements through IBIS model and SI verification, addressing issues like crosstalk, reflection, and noise.
