職務内容
【Job Responsibilities】
Assist in developing quarterly social media strategies and manage content creation and scheduling by coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors. Analyze data to optimize performance and take ownership of proposing and executing strategies for content optimization within the community.
【Key Responsibilities and Performance Goals】
Core Business Management
1. Develop quarterly social media operation plans in alignment with the marketing calendar, gathering feedback from cross-functional teams for necessary adjustments.
2. Organize and manage existing content assets and social platforms, creating a systematic content database and regularly updating it by leveraging internal resources from communications, AV, PR, CSR events, and global teams.
3. Create social media content, primarily focusing on light, engaging assets, beginning with modifying existing content, followed by producing new materials, testing across different platforms, and monitoring performance and feedback.
4. Collaborate with internal content owners and external agencies to execute content development tasks.
