職務内容
【Primary Responsibilities】
1. Manage and oversee assigned projects within the marketing division to ensure the effective execution of the annual operational plan.
2. Support the implementation of cross-functional initiatives to meet established targets and align with the company’s strategic goals.
3. Collaborate with brand teams and external agencies to design and execute brand communication strategies, incorporating integrated marketing plans to strengthen the core brand values.
4. Analyze performance data and gather feedback to optimize program development, track consumer engagement, and gain insights that inform future strategies and plans.
5. Liaise with both internal teams (such as brand, communications, digital, and IT departments) and external partners to ensure the smooth execution and success of marketing programs.
