1、廠務管路建置工程繪製、修改工程設計圖、施工圖或竣工圖(熟悉管路系統設計佳)。 Drawing, modifying engineering design drawings, construction drawings, or as-built drawings for factory utility pipeline construction projects (familiarity with pipeline system design preferred). 2、於項目上可獨立配合總包套圖工作、進行實地勘查，並記錄施工地點的各項特徵與細節。 Independently collaborate on the general contractor's master plan for the project, conduct on-site surveys, and document various features and details of the construction site. 3、配合項目經理進行工程階段的施工圖紙繪製、管路材料數量計算優化及現場空間協調。 Collaborate with the project manager in the engineering phase for construction drawing preparation, optimization of pipeline material quantity calculations, and on-site spatial coordination. 4、擅長AutoCAD或Revit 3D繪圖 Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit 3D drafting. 5、配合加班及外地派駐。 Available for overtime and out-of-town assignments. 擅長工具 Revit或AutoCAD 其他條件 1.無工程經驗可;具半導體相關廠務系統及管道之規劃設計或施工經驗者優先； No engineering experience required; experience in planning, designing, or constructing semiconductor-related facility systems and pipelines is preferred. 2.需有良好溝通能力及抗壓性，與業主及承包商協商溝通； Strong communication skills and resilience required, ability to negotiate and communicate with clients and contractors. 3.中英/英文能力佳者優先。 Proficiency in English is preferred (for foreign applicants, proficiency in Chinese is preferred). 工作地點:新北市泰山區 或 外地派駐 Work place: Taishan District, New Taipei City or stationed in other places
