Collaborate with multiple teams, including RD/QA/UX/support and other PMs, for cross-team development to ensure RD teams deliver qualified results on time by following the product roadmap. 7. Analyze and summarize customer feedback for product improvement or provide solutions for customer support. 8. Oversees product life cycle and development to plan and execute the product roadmap.
