Co-work with QSM ( Quality System Management ) team for establish key performance indicator that comprehensive measure factory Quality performance. 3. Take leader role and investigation and perform problem solving for root cause investigation in Task-force or MRB team for Quality crisis. 4. Be a member of the yield management team that interacts with the suppliers during working meeting. 5. Interface with Infineon Reliability and Quality team for reliability monitoring plan/execution. 6. Member in supplier change review board (PCRB) as a final change releaser and review the change risk assessment. 7. Participant supplier surveillance audit (VDA 6.3) and end customer audit. 8. Work in an international environment and interface with BU ( Business Unit) QM. 9. Dispose owner for the nonconforming product in supply chain. 10. Co-work with Infineon Operation team for end-customer return (FAR) follow up and lesson learn Fan-out ( Read-Across ) execution. 11. Monitor and join review with development and transfer team for the Quality performance from NPI project.And support product-based qualification activities and communication with Infineon individual BU ( Business Unit ).

1. Manage Silicon Foundry related operations for Infineon products, including new tape out (NPI) support and ramp-up of new products, tonsure on-time delivery with stable high yield and quality. 2. Manage cross-functional team to drive the manufacturing excellence of Infineon products in advance technology node at Silicon Foundries. * achieve operation team targets in yield, delivery performance and quality (incl. new product ramp-up) * manage matrix team with partners and keep all necessary partners informed (internally and externally) * make or drive timely decisions needed for daily operations * take ownership on actions to prevent/handle excursions * Drive implementation on action items and correction measures at Foundries after MRB/excursion/spill * Reporting and controlling of daily operations 3. Support and maintain the partnership together with Procurement and TQTM (Technology Quality & Technology Establish and maintain relationship with partners (e.g. fab management) Keeping management and related parties informed about operation status and topics 4. Drive foundry to achieve highest quality standard and ensure zero-defect executed for production. Drive to prevent FAR and MRB. 5. Lead and coordinate end customer audit at Silicon Foundry.

In your new role you will: - Contributing to major product cross-functional teams for both product development and customer supporting; - Prototyping and producing requirements definitions for new application and solutions; - Producing content in support of new GaN and controller/ gate drivers products, including: 1. New product definition/ validation; 2. Hardware & System-level designs/ reviews including schematic, layout and component selection for demo boards/ EVBs/ reference designs/customer requests; 3. Deep analysis on products and find the value propositions; 4. Technical documentation and promoting materials such as datasheets, technical reference manuals, application notes and knowledge base articles; 5. Technical training for external customers and Infineon Sales, Marketing and Applications - Enabling customer design-in of products and solutions through architectural collaboration, technical support, training and failure analysis.
