【工作條件】
• 具有2年以上的工作經驗(餐飲經驗優先),並了解基本的餐飲和酒水概念
• 具備基本的中文和英文對話和書寫能力(優先考慮)
• 具有責任感,高度的工作熱情和學習精神
• 良好的組織能力,能夠同時處理多項工作
• 能夠接受批評並進行改進
• 具有良好的應變能力和溝通技巧
• 能夠真誠地對待人,具備良好的觀察力,能夠及時提供客人最適切的服務
• 良好的情緒管理能力
• 對自我實現和工作有高標準要求
【工作內容】
• 協助日常外場運營和清潔工作
• 維護客戶關係,處理客訴和危機管理
• 與各種供應商聯繫,包括用品和酒水供應商
• 協助會計結帳流程

【Requirements】
• 2+years of related experience
• Basic food and wine knowledge
• Basic listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in both English and Chinese preferred
• Well-organized, motivated, and has strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the position
• Responsible, hardworking and always has high desire of learning
• Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
• Versatile, observant, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Great collaborative attitude and work ethic
• High standard of work performance
【Responsibilities】
• Running Daily FOH operation and cleaning routine
• Handling inquiries of reservations, complaints and media approaches by emailing in English and Chinese
• Stay tidy and high level of hospitality professionalism
• Building and maintaining good customer relationships. Managing emergency and complaint.
• Building relationships with food and beverage suppliers
