Customer Experience Specialist is a crucial role in serving as the primary contact between customers all over the world and us. The ideal candidate shall have an understanding of e-commerce and technology with an eagerness to provide the best customer experience possible. If you obsess about customers, listen, engage and act for customer benefit, and enjoy working in a fast-paced and start-up environment, this role is a good fit for you.
In this role you will:
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media platforms and coordinate online orders
• Keep track of multiple work statuses and ensure timely resolution of customer requests and inquiries
• Providing excellent customer experience according to the company standard
• Handling complaints in an efficient and professional manner
• Work closely with various functions in the company - Warehouse, Logistics, Operations and Engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Ad hoc project as assigned
We are looking for:
• Diploma / bachelor's degree in related discipline
• Preferably 1 year experience in the customer service/ online retail industry
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Fluency in English would be an advantage IELTS 6.5 / TOEFL 79 above
• Conversational Mandarin required
• Understanding of customer experience and expectations in the US is a big plus
• Ability to prioritize job tasks in accordance with daily operation procedures
• A quick learner, a self-starter, able to work independently
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
