Job Description
Responsibilities
· To organize, control and coordinate project management activities to ensure proper IT change requirement implementation for medium complexity projects.
· To ensure proper management and optimization of resources allocated.
· To lead cross-functional projects and help the project team has different thinking when the projects initiate.
· To contribute to the company’s security.
· To manage the execution of projects on specific functional areas.
· To create & maintain project management documentations (i.e. planning, resources, budget, project deliverables, risk & issue logs, change management, change request management, project closure documentation).
Requirements
· At least 2 years of direct work experience in project management in IT or Operations field.
· Good understanding of Project management concepts (Scope/Schedule Plan and Monitoring, Issue follow up).
· Microsoft office skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
· Good command in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
Preferred Qualifications
· PMP certification is a plus.
