身為實習生，您將搜尋候選人、協助顧問夥伴們完成招募目標、協助公司推展HR專案

Work content：
The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully partner with consultant to fulfill the clients’ needs through the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
• Sourcing candidates in various ways
• Connecting and screening candidates to know their career plans.
• Managing applications and building a shortlist of candidates.
• Constructing industrial knowledge based on our (potential) clients and figuring out the crucial points to their work culture and environment.
• njoying and working towards goals referred to in the promotion criteria.
Essential functions：
• Extensive computer skills with MS Office products (preferably including Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent Communication ability.
• An intensive willingness and ability to learn all things about software.
Qualifications：
• Master or third Years students welcome to apply.
• Working Experience is not required but will be beneficial to have had some experience in sales, business development or customer services.
• Excellent English ability is a great plus.
• Being positive with a resilient mindset
• Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated.
