Mô tả công việc
• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into Expeditors Transportation system.
• Use Work board on a daily basis.
• Check vessel schedule, buying cost and selling rate.
• Communicate ocean carriers for space and equipment availability.
• Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards.
• Communicate with suppliers (Trucking companies, terminal, W/H, customs broker.)
• Meet compliance at all times to regulations internal and external in accordance with government regulations.
• Understand ocean department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure all customers standard operating procedures in place and updated in the customer SOP.
• Meet KPI standards in accordance with Company’s procedures.
• Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal & external)
• Escalation of problems to Management when necessary.
• Meet company standards of 52 hours and required training per year per employee.
• Take ownership on the accounts assigned.
