Job Description
1.研發及甜點、烘焙設計（季節性菜單與會議小點、客房小點、早餐品項等）
2.淡、旺季食材成本 西點成本控制、品質監督。
3.擅長自行研發『手工』精緻、小而巧法式甜點創作者。
4.有餐廳經營管理內、外場統合者。
5.準備於營業時間內的餐廳所需甜點的準備/備料。
6.執行食物之製作流程/處理及烹調、擺盤等事務。
7.對西點、經營下午茶廳有熱情並尋求穩定工作者。
8.確保所提供的食品均符合衛生管理之規定。
9.執行/完成主管交付事務。
（*另提供宿舍，每月酌收＄５００元）
