[General Responsibilities]
1. Manage the VP's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
3. Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences, including agendas, reports, and presentations.
4. Serve as a liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders, including senior executives, clients, and vendors.
5. Assist in the preparation and distribution of departmental communications, memos, and announcements.
6. Maintain confidential files and records, handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
7. Conduct research and compile data as needed to support decision-making and project management initiatives.
8. Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the VP, including cross-functional collaborations and process improvement efforts.
9. Provide administrative support to other members of the PD & SCM team as needed.
