工作範疇:
- 在日常營運中，熱情地歡迎所有餐廳顧客並迎接他們到用餐區
- 真誠地與餐廳顧客交談，並建立融洽的關係
- 以專業和有禮貌的方式處理客人透過電話或電子郵件的詢問和投訴，管理餐桌及菜單預訂，以確保無縫卓越的用膳體驗
- 預見餐廳顧客的問題並防患於未然，冷靜且靈活地解決客人的問題
- 不斷努力滿足餐廳顧客的需求，讓餐廳顧客高興
- 與內部各方密切溝通，並處理投訴及調查，及主動跟進客戶

The Job:
- Provide a warm welcome to all restaurant patrons and greet them to the dining area on day-to-day operations
- Engage in heart-felt and genuine conversation and build rapport with guests
- Ensure a seamless exceptional guest experience by handling guests’ enquiries and complaints by phone or e-mail and managing reservations in a professional manner
- Anticipate guests’ problems before they arise, and rectify the issues in a calm and flexible way
- Constantly strive to satisfy guests’ needs and delight the guests
- Closely communicate with internal parties for the complaint investigation and follow up with the customers proactively
