【Description】
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineer with a software background to join our team. The successful candidate will work in our validation lab, managing and creating test plans, and conducting hands-on tests. This role demands a growth mindset and a customer-centric approach to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and Create Test Plans:
o Develop comprehensive test plans for display products.
o Ensure test plans are thorough, clear, and cover all necessary aspects of product validation.
2. Hands-on Testing:
o Perform hands-on testing in the validation lab.
o Use appropriate tools and methodologies to test product functionalities and performance.
3. Data Analysis:
o Collect and analyze test data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
o Use data to provide insights and recommendations for product enhancements.
4. Customer-Centric Approach:
o Ensure all testing and validation processes focus on delivering the best customer experience.
o Address customer feedback and incorporate it into test plans and product improvements.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
o Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
o Participate in stakeholder meetings, documenting and following up on key actions and decisions.

• Experience:
o Experience working in a lab environment, preferably with a focus on validation and testing.
o Familiarity with creating and managing test plans.
• Mindset: Customer-centric and committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
