Job Description
[基本職責]
1.負責出貨部門的組織規劃、人員管理、執行人員指導與稽核並進行人才培育，以達團隊目標設定。
2.為達到公司各項活動與銷售目標，規劃機台設備與人力需求，依照實際狀況執行調整並評估最終效益。
3.負責依照出貨品質目標，追蹤與監控訂單處理效率與準確性，並定期進行不良分析、提出並執行改善策略，以達到各項管理指標。
4.負責分析倉庫庫齡且定期檢視倉庫儲位規劃與配置，發揮儲位最佳使用率。
5.負責依照出入庫標準作業流程，掌握進出料變化，確保料帳的準確性。
6.依據工廠環境安全規範，落實環境與安全管理，營造舒適的工作環境。
