Mô tả công việc

【工作內容】:
(一)接聽銀行專線並受理客戶銀行及信用卡業務相關問題
(二)必要時需配合專案執行與推廣商品(沒有業績壓力,只是協助介紹)
-經歷不限|對客戶服務有興趣者都可以挑戰|都有專業培訓一定學得會
【上班時間】: 
-初期培訓2個月 正常培訓班別 9:00-18:00
-專案上線後開始配合輪班
-輪班時段須有分(需六個班別都可配合)
0800-1700、0900-1800、1000-1900
1100-2000、1200-2100(多300$津貼)、1300-2200(多300$津貼)
-初期皆為周休六日|開始輪班後為排班制每月可以預先排休8-11天
-時間彈性|不用擠上班車潮|不用塞下班人潮
【上班地點】:
-臺北市萬華區桂林路
【薪水福利】:
-底薪32k起+各項津貼(輪班/交通/加班津貼)
-轉正後底薪37k起,外加三節與年終獎金
-最快四個月即可考核轉正!轉正率達80%!
-勞健保、團保等
