Job Description

[Finance Manager]
This role plays a key part in supporting business strategy by identifying opportunities for operational improvements and driving change. The candidate will leverage financial analysis and deep business insight to guide commercial decisions. A forward-thinking approach, with the ability to use advanced analytics for scenario planning, predictive, and prescriptive insights, is essential to help stakeholders navigate towards the best outcomes.
- Responsible for leading monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the business unit.
- Contribute to the development of the Sales & Operations Planning process.
- Conducting in-depth variance analysis to uncover business drivers and actively monitoring and challenging P&L expenses to ensure financial health.
- Manage and deliver timely, standardized reports each month, while overseeing system change requests.
- Act as a liaison between Finance, IT, and other business functions, ensuring system hierarchies and upgrades are effectively maintained.
- Tasked with driving continuous improvement and challenging the status quo, the candidate will ensure trade spending and marketing expenses are efficiently managed.
- Requires strong leadership, fostering collaborative relationships across the organization.
[Accounting Manager]
- Manage Accounting Operations, oversee daily accounting, VAT, business taxes, and monthly financial reporting.
- Financial Reporting, ensure timely, accurate financial data from a consolidated perspective.
- Month-End/Year-End Close, lead closing processes, prepare/review journal entries, and perform account reconciliations.
- Internal Controls & Compliance, monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Stakeholder Liaison, coordinate with auditors, tax agents, legal counsel, bankers, and government authorities to address financial matters.
- Team Leadership, build collaborative relationships within Finance and across departments to achieve organizational goals.
