We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a passion for SaaS products to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan, organize, and manage SaaS projects from inception to completion. 2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. 3. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. 4. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution. 5. Develop project performance metrics and track project progress. 6. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. 7. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 8. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management regularly. 9. Lead and motivate project team members, ensuring their tasks are completed and their contributions are valued. 10. Act as the liaison between the sales team and the development team, translating sales needs and customer feedback into actionable development tasks. 11. Facilitate clear and effective communication between sales and development to ensure product alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
