Chef Kevin Rose is originally from the East Coast of the United States. He began his career at 14 years old in a restaurant near his hometown in Pennsylvania and at 18, he joined the staff at then 3 Michelin-starred Restaurant Daniel in New York City. He spent over 5 years working under Chef Daniel Boulud, rotating through each station.
Upon leaving Daniel, he worked at 2 Michelin-starred restaurant Atera under Chef Ronny Emborg, where he focused on menu creation and execution as Sous Chef and finally, Chef of Research and Development.
After spending over a decade in New York City’s fine dining scene, Chef Rose is seeking a new adventure in Taipei, which he considers the most thrilling food city in the world. He is excited to share his uniquely global gastronomy at Ad Astra!
