1.Planning operational workflows for business units, constructing an effective system for management, and overseeing the smooth operation of processes.
2.Utilizing big data analysis to examine sales behavior, identify abnormalities, and implement corrective measures.
3.Coordinating communication between business and factory ends for production and sales coordination.
4.Implementing annual project plans.
