1.相關工作經驗2年以上。
2.設計美感與設計能力。
3.工地現場會勘/丈量/圖面放樣，工地現場監工與設計圖面圖說。
4.工程報價，工程進度控管與施工現場協調能力。
5.文書作業處理。
6.熟3D繪圖軟體。
7.相關室內/建築 學經歷，可獨立製作設計簡報，風格提案與設計圖面協調。
