1. Develop potential customers and Marketing
2. Contact with customers by mail (including inquiries and quotations from foreign customers, confirming orders, regularly tracking the supply status, and shipping on time)
3. Regularly reporting sales status and market dynamics every month .
4. Handling customer complaints from customers side .
