- Customer relationship management
- Reply customer inquiry and quotation providing
- Shipping management; good track record in manufacturing industry
- Payment follow up
- Handling customer complaints
- Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Customer service and market orientated
- Fluent English required
- 2 years or above working experience in foreign trading field
- Capability of foreign customer visits
