維佳(VitalAire)為法國液空集團(Air Liquide)成立的新事業，致力於提供專業醫護人員及患者全方位的呼吸照護方案。我們有專業的業務、工程師團隊及台灣北、中、南部護理所團隊，提供病患從呼吸相關機器挑選、試用、諮詢及客製化服務，達到改善患者生活與支援醫護人員之目的。
因應業務持續成長，「宜寧居家護理所」正尋找「北區居家護理師」，負責北北基桃居家照護服務。
工作職責
- 執行一般居家護理、呼吸器依賴個案居家安寧療護個案護理、長照2.0個案相關服務
- 個案及照顧者相關衛教與護理指導
- 管路到期更換
- 轉借並提供社會福利、相關輔具資源
- 電話值班及電訪衛教、個案入出院追蹤
- 健保及長照個案行政文書及資訊作業
- 其他主管交辦事項
