職務描述
Primary Objectives:
•To manage the assigned territory and achieve assigned sales target
Job Responsibilities:
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Detailing product FAB for prescribing commitment
•To provide company with competitive products, market intelligence and strategic
customer related data.
•To develop and maintain good relationship with key doctors
•To fulfil the SFE requirement in reporting and maintaining doctors record
•To plan and execute the call plan based on targeting priority in SFE
•To assist supervisor to solve market issues including listing
•To organize product presentation
•To implement promotional programs made by marketing dept
•To ensure compliance to policies.
•To perform other related duties as assigned by management

主要職責
• 詳細介紹產品的特點、優勢和利益（FAB）以獲得處方承諾。
• 向公司提供競爭產品與市場情報，以及提供主要客戶相關訊息。
• 與主要客戶建立並維持良好的關係
• 完成SFE報告，並維護客戶名單與拜訪記錄的要求
• 根據SFE中的目標優先順序來規劃和執行區域的拜訪計畫
• 協助主管解決市場面臨的問題，包含進藥
• 規劃產品介紹說明會
• 執行行銷部制定的行銷計劃
• 確保遵守公司政策。
• 履行管理階層指派的其他相關職責
