Job Description
1. 行銷規劃和領導：需要具備制定行銷策略和發展規劃的能力。須能夠領導團隊，確保整體業務目標與市場需求和趨勢相互配合。
2. 數據分析技能：具備良好的數據分析能力，能夠從市場數據中獲取洞察，並利用這些洞察制定和調整行銷策略。
3. 團隊建設和管理：要具備卓越的人力資源管理能力，能夠構建高效的行銷團隊，並且指導、激勵和管理團隊成員。
4. 市場推廣和溝通技能：具備出色的溝通技巧，能夠與內部團隊和外部合作夥伴溝通，並制定適合的市場推廣策略。
5. 營運管理和效率提升：
營運管理能力，能夠優化流程，提高效率，監控預算，並確保行銷活動的高效執行。
6. 創新思維和問題解決能力：應該能夠具有創新的思維，並且在面對挑戰和問題時能夠迅速作出反應，並找到解決方案。
