【工作內容】
A. 這份工作需配合生產排程達成生產目標，工作內容依安排有組裝、包裝、加工、織紗作業。
B. 這份工作需配合廠區移動，有豐原、潭子、神岡三個廠區移動的情況(廠區移動有油資補助)
C. 每一項出去的成品，我們都希望帶給客戶最滿意的感受，所以工作上要具備細心與謹慎，關於成品外觀檢驗、成品包裝、半成品加工，都要配合幹部的指揮。
D. 工作上也需配合生產排程的加班需求，幹部會提前通知，要能配合產能高峰的加班。
E. 公司走到第11年，產品一直持續推陳出新，要可以接受產品組裝過程中確實會有大小挑戰。
E. 我們在乎每一位夥伴的飲食，也不願意夥伴餓肚子工作，所以會免費供應午餐及加班晚餐。
