Fugro is the world's leading Geo-data specialist. We unlock insights from Geo-data. Through integrated data acquisition, analysis and advice, Fugro supports clients in mitigating risks during design, construction and operation of their assets, both on land and at sea. We contribute to a safe and liveable world by delivering solutions in support of the energy transition, sustainable infrastructure and climate change adaptation.
Under a MOU with IOVTEC signed in 2017, Fugro undertook the first geotechnical and geophysical survey and metocean study project for a major offshore wind developer for engineering design and environmental impact assessment. To support Taiwan’s green energy revolution and strengthen its local presence, Fugro IOVTEC Co. Ltd was established in 2020, which strengthened the two companies’ collaboration and formalized the long-term presence in Taiwan as part of Fugro's renewable growth strategy.

輝固Fugro與國際海洋IOVTEC在2017年簽署了一份合作備忘錄，共同承攬台灣某大型離岸風力開發商的地質鑽探、地球物理調查和海洋氣象研究項目，協助開發商在工程設計和環境影響等方面做評估。為支持台灣的綠色能源革命並響應政府在地化政策，國海輝固股份有限公司Fugro IOVTEC 於2020年正式成立，此舉除了增加雙方的緊密合作，也強化了輝固集團再生能源策略發展於亞太地區的一環
輝固 IOVTEC 致力於為台灣海上風電場提供以下主要服務：

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES：
【Testing】
• Perform stress path and advanced testing to the highest levels of safety and testing standards.
• Inspect laboratory test results conducted by in-house, offshore, and third-party laboratories.
• Ensure the process conforms to client, statutory and management system requirements.
• Assist in developing new working practices and methods to improve the efficiency and quality of advanced testing.
• Inform / alert the Laboratory Manager of any discrepancy in testing procedures.
【Equipment Maintenance】
• Ensure that all equipment used in the Advanced Testing areas of the Laboratory is working, calibrated and is fit-for-purpose.
【QHSSE】
• Assist in maintaining accreditation of the laboratory and promote good QAQC practices for all staffs.
• Adhere to all Fugro QHSSE Management systems, policies, and standards at all times.
【Data Processing】
• Create software application templates for data processing.
• Assist in the processing, presenting, and checking of advanced test results.
【Training】
• Train technicians in the theoretical aspect of soil laboratory testing.
【Travel】
• Willing to work on vessel for offshore site investigation work, if required.
• Willing to travel to other countries for work purposes as and when requested by the company.

• 依照最高等級的安全性和實驗標準執行應力路徑和進階實驗。
• 確保實驗流程符合客戶、法規和管理系統要求。
• 協助開發新的工作流程、方法，以提高先進實驗的效率和品質。
• 回報實驗室經理測試程序中的任何差異。
【設備維護】
• 確保、校準實驗室儀器並確保其正常運作。
【QHSSE】
• 維護實驗室的認證，並推廣良好的 QAQC 實踐。
• 遵守所有Fugro QHSSE管理系統、政策和標準。
【資料處理】
• 為資料處理建立軟體應用範本。
• 協助處理、呈現和檢查進階測試結果。
【培訓】
• 對Laboratory Technician進行教育訓練。
【出差】
• 依公司要求，在船舶上工作，進行海上現場調查工作。
• 依公司要求，因工作需要出差到其他國家。

國際海洋集團（IOG，International Ocean Group，股票代號7583）旗下包括國際海洋 （IOVTEC）、臺英風電 （CWind Taiwan）、國海造船（IOG Shipyard）、國海船管（IOVM），以及合資公司風能訓練公司 （TIWTC） 及國海輝固 （Fugro IOVTEC），共同提供離岸風電整合工程服務。
身為臺灣第一間勇敢向離岸風電工程邁出第一步的海事工程公司，我們一直積極扶植在地風電產業與人才，並致力於風電技術的傳承。過去幾年來，在2018年我們與歐洲風場維運專家CWind 合資成立臺英風電，在2020年與國際大地工程龍頭Fugro集團合資成立國海輝固，我們還與許多公營單位共同合資成立臺灣風能訓練股份有限公司(TIWTC)，引進國際風能組織(GWO)制定的基本安全訓練標準規範，為國內從事離岸風電工作人員提供最完整的課程訓練，讓臺灣產業面、專業技術面、人力面都能在風電領域上「獨當一面」。
透過不斷的學習、創新，國際海洋集團一方面發展在地化風電產業，致力將知識、技術與人才根留臺灣，更在2023年6月收購合資公司臺英風電的全部剩餘在外流通股權，成為臺灣離岸風電產業首屈一指的在地化里程碑之一。另一方面，國際海洋也積極走向國際化路線，繼續與世界級專業企業合作，打造風電整合服務集團，並以臺灣成為亞洲離岸風電發展基地為目標，持續走在臺灣離岸風電產業的最前線，並不斷創造卓越的風電實績。
