職務描述
1. Initiate and implement new product launch plan to ensure the success of launch campaigns.
2. Implement new launches, maintain growth in pillar products and animate core catalogue.
3. Collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.
4. Propose holistic 360° marketing strategies (IMC/Digital/Trade/CRM/Sales) to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences.
5. Ensure high quality of execution (communications, events, podiums) and meet the deadlines.
6. Plan and execute designate product management, including pricing, positioning, monthly forecast, stock, SKU management and product logistics related.
7. Mobilize and collaborate with other departments (sales, logistic, education, etc. ) and delivering efficiencies.
8. Control the assigned A&P budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy.
9. Lead Sales activation programs to improve brand visibility and achieve sales target.
