Your Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful induction of new products into the production process.
• Develop and execute project plans for NPI projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budget.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Coordinate the transfer of products from development to production.
• Work with design and quality teams to ensure that products meet all regulatory and quality requirements.
• Manage the procurement of inventory of NPI materials and components.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize NPI processes and procedures.
• Provide regular project updates to senior management.
You Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in project management tools
Great to Have
• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA.
• Experience with product testing and validation.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
