1. Quality Project management based on overall schedule
2. WBS for quality activites
3. Quality plan release and maintain
4. Identify quality risk and come out solution
5. Control schedule of whole QA activity
Responsibilities：
1. Control schedule of whole QA activity
2. Be responsible for QRR of each build
3. Accompany with customer audit and MIL tracking
