職務描述
• Strategic Planning: Conducting in-depth market research, competitive
analysis, and developing comprehensive annual marketing plans with clear
objectives, strategies, and budgets.
• Team Leadership: Managing, motivating, and mentoring a team of marketing
professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work
environment.
• Campaign Execution: Developing and overseeing the execution of integrated
marketing campaigns across digital (SEO/SEM, social media, email
marketing, etc.), traditional (print, events, etc.), and content marketing
channels.
• Brand Management: Maintaining brand consistency and enhancing brand
awareness across all platforms.
• Budget & Reporting: Managing the marketing budget effectively, tracking
KPIs, analyzing performance data, and preparing regular reports for senior
management.
• Vendor Management: Overseeing relationships with external agencies and
vendors.
• Collaboration: Working closely with other departments (Sales, Product, etc.)
to ensure alignment and synergy.
