Having spent his younger days helping out at his grandmother’s eatery, Head Chef Ah-Wei found his passion for cooking early in life. He has always been a firm believer in giving his best in everything he does and his pursuit of excellence continues to this day.
Salt and Pepper (established in 2014)
The name we chose for our restaurant serves as a constant reminder of our commitment to stay true to our ingredients, with nothing unnecessary added. Salt and pepper are the most basic condiments that dishes cannot do without, and our name reflects this philosophy.
Since our establishment, we have been offering the following two menus:

Modern nouvelle cuisine
Surrounded on all sides by the sea and with a well-established agriculture sector, Taiwan’s natural resources are rich and abundant. As such, it is our restaurant’s number one priority to source for ingredients locally.
We prepare and combine our Taiwanese ingredients in a modern innovative culinary style that not only produces mouth-watering dishes, but also embodies the playful spirit of Salt and Pepper. A meal here is not simply a meal, but also an invitation to live life with passion and zeal.
