Job Description
1.負責新建廠內HVAC確效工作之監督，協調確效/驗證之執行。
2.負責確效文件(製程、機器設備、清潔)之制定、發行及管理。
3.負責確效報告之撰寫及數據整理。
4.關鍵製程與清潔程序之品質監督，協助品質異常調查及改善。
5.協調環境監測作業之執行，彙整相關數據、資料，產出完整確效報告。
6.研發技術與設備轉移承接與執行新產品技轉確效作業。
7.其他主管交辦事項。
