職務描述
Marketing Strategy & Execution (40%)
1. Carry out brand management for the items in charge, such as price management.
2. 360-degree brand marketing plan and execution to achieve our sales and marketing goals.
3. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Digital marketing (30%)
1. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and Line.
2. Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize and improve results.
NPD & Pricing (20%)
1. Plan and develop products for the Taiwan market, and implement new product launches to increase market share.
2. Manage the profit and loss and operation analysis of items responsible for it.
Sales analysis and monitoring (10%)
1. Monitor sales performance and take action plan to meet business goal.
