Job Description
在這個數位化的世界中，我們尋找一位不僅懂得編織網站的藝術，也精於其策略與管理的網站PM。像一位網路世界的指揮家，將帶領我們的團隊穿梭於 coding 和 design 之間，引導我們的網站開發項目，以確保每一個細節都能按照既定的節奏和旋律，完美地呈現每個專案。在這個職位上，您不僅是專案的管理者，更是一位理解網頁開發脈動的藝術家。
工作職責：
1. 如同一位樂團指揮，管理和協調所有網站開發項目，確保每個節奏符合項目的時間表和預算。
2. 和團隊成員及各部門的利害關係人協同合作，保證項目的和諧進行。
3. 運用 Google Analytics 如同樂譜，追蹤、分析並報告網站的演奏效能。
4. 精心制定網站的發展樂章，監控其旋律的實現。
5. 管理任何可能出現的不和諧音符，解決可能影響項目進度的問題。
6. 深入理解並應用 UX 原則，確保我們的網站能夠奏出最優質的用戶體驗旋律。
資格要求：
1. 擁有相關領域的學士學位或同等學歷。
2. 具有網站開發和項目管理的經驗。
3. 對基本網頁開發技術有基本的理解。
4. 熟悉 Google Analytics 和其他相關的數據分析工具。
5. 對 UX 原則有基本的理解和應用經驗。
6. 良好的溝通技巧和領導能力。
7. 能夠在壓力下工作並處理複雜的問題，就像在舞台上處理突發情況。
加分條件：
1. 有網站開發的實際經驗。
2. 熟悉網站設計和開發的最新趨勢。
3. Google Analytics 認證。
4. UX 相關的證書或訓練。
5. 會使用 Figma、Moqups 或 Axure RP。
6. 英文多益750以上。
7. 對WordPress有實際操作經驗。
