Job Description
1.負責內場的餐食管理與人力調配。
2.依循餐廳服務方式與作業標準流程等事宜。
3.監督食物之製作流程、份量及擺盤等事務。
4.親自品嚐餐食以確保食材餐點品質穩定。
5.協調現場訂單與內場廚師料理的順序與速度。
6.確實盤點食材、耗材並安排訂貨與備料。
7.熟悉收銀結帳流程，帳款有誤及時回報處理。
8.了解現場活動內容並確實佈達給櫃台夥伴。
9.每月15、30整理進貨單與對帳單並確認內容。
