Job Description

We are looking for a technical SEO specialist to join our Growth Team to establish an SEO workflow and analyze and identify SEO growth opportunities to increase our fast-growing ecommerce platform’s visibility and organic traffic. Key functions will include all technical aspects, on-page optimization and off page optimization.
The new technical SEO specialist will join a growing team of professionals driving engagement and performance at KICKS CREW. He/she will work closely with in-house marketing, product, business intelligence and engineering teams.
Our next senior technical SEO specialist must demonstrate a good understanding of search engine marketing, content and brand marketing concepts to synchronize SEO strategies and solutions for maximum business impact.
Responsibilities
• Experience using the most popular website crawlers (ScreamingFrog, DeepCrawl, and Moz), SEO analysis tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, and SEOptimer), and web analytics software (WebTrends, UserTesting, and Google Analytics4)
• Mainly responsible for technical SEO part including but not limited to:
o UX, site architecture, URL structure, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, dynamic/static pages, schema markup, site speed
o On-Page Optimization: Metadata, seadings, content, anchor Links, navigation
o Off-Page Optimization: backlinks, domain authority
• Analyze and identify SEO growth opportunities for KICKS CREW through a structured approach of audits, competitor analysis, web traffic analysis, summarizing your recommendations into a well articulated SEO strategy and roadmap
• Define and own the achievement of objectives and measurable key results / KPIs for the SEO function Identify reporting frameworks that best monitor and assess SEO performance and collaborate with the engineering team to develop them
• Oversee the research of best practices, popular keywords, and other useful metrics, and eventually analysis, modification and adoption
• Set up goals, tracking, report & present competitor research, campaign results, and keyword rankings in Lookerstudio/Tableau as defined within the project role.
• Collaborate with content team on keyword research and content optimisation for publishing, wordpress maintenance and troubleshooting
Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the field of SEO in a B2C role; including hands-on technical SEO and content marketing / optimization experience
• Good understanding of search engine marketing, content and brand marketing concepts to synchronize SEO strategies and solutions for maximum business impact.
• Advanced user of all major SEO tools to monitor traffic, rankings, redirects, click rate, bounce rate, 404 errors, and other KPIs
• Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking methods across all major search engines. Hands-on experience in HTML, CSS
• Track record of exceeding aggressive growth targets and managing SEO projects from inception to completion
• Detail-oriented, analytical, organized
• Fluency in English (written and verbally) is a MUST
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Self-directed learning attitude and strong sense of ownership (Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player!)
