Job Description
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for Internal / external group level project management which is assigned.
2. Truly implement cycle of project management following objective & scheduled timeline
3. Initiating & planning: Definition, criteria & life cycle for tailoring standard processes to satisfy the specific needs of the project.
4. Executing, monitoring & controlling: Traceable matrices, resource availability control and validation process
5. Closing: final project deliverables
6. Accountable for all related documents of organization structure
7. Support team lead to design KPI/scorecard for tracking ME functions’ performance
8. Recap Nike engagement meeting and follow up
Tasks:
• Take responsibility of assigned tasks by team leader
• Set up a logical mechanism and appliable scope for data analysis and reliable deliverables.
• Build a value visualization for stakeholders.
• Support to set up ME KPI system to track and improve internal performance and external partner’s satisfaction.
• The support team lead to build the Talent & Back Fill to support the capability requirements for the future organization.
• Strengthen team member’s project management skill to qualify the project output.
• Assist team lead to prepare Nike engagement meetings
