1. 產品開發策略擬定與落實。
2. 新技術之評估、分析與應用。
3. 產品開發之規劃、擬定、執行、督導與協調。
4. 技術團隊管理，達成組織目標。
5. 協助整合集團技術團隊資源。
6. 總經理/主管交辦事項。
1. Formulate and implement product development strategies.
2. Evaluation, analysis and application of new technologies.
3. Planning, drafting, execution, supervision and coordination of product development.
4. Technical team management to achieve organizational goals.
5. Assist in the integration of JEM group technical team resources.
6. Matters assigned by the General Manager/ Leader.
