Job Description
1、資料整理與檔案管理，整理各類貿易文件和資料。
2、協助處理客戶訂單，包括訂單處理、追蹤款項、登入系統、出口船務跟進訂單的進展。
3、執行客戶索取樣品與快遞寄送、貨運出貨安排等貨品寄送相關事宜 。
4、安排貨物的運輸和報關，跟進貨物的裝運狀況。
5、跨部門之業務訂單相關溝通與協調。
6、鼎新ERP訂單相關文件建檔與表單製作。
7、完成其他專員或主管交辦之事項。
