職務描述
As an HR L&D Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing global training and development programs aimed to enhance employee productivity, effectiveness, and engagement.
Job Description:
1. People Development Program
- Analyze, design, and develop effective learning initiatives including but not limited workforce development plan, leadership program, innovation workshop & new employees training.
- Implement and maintain the global performance management development program and system.
- Individual Development Plan.
2. Self-Development Program
- Explore and integrate new training methodologies and strategies for annual learning programs & effectiveness evaluation.
- Design, develop, and evaluate E-Learning materials.
3. Culture Cultivation
- Coordinate culture initiatives and facilitate related promotion and activities.
4. Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement diverse strategies to foster engaging, collaborative relationships, enhancing employee engagement.
