1. Order Management: Streamlining order processes, including efficient shipping and returns management.
2. Inventory Control: Developing restocking strategies, overseeing international warehouse stock levels and forecasting sales trends.
3. Product Page Enhancement: Optimizing product listings for visual appeal and compelling copy, setting up advanced A+ pages/storefront and ensuring seamless page display.
4. Effective Advertising: Managing budget allocations, configuring and fine-tuning advertising campaigns (SP/SB/SD), monitoring keyword rankings, tracking Best Seller Ranking (BSR), conducting in-depth data and keyword analysis.
5. Customer Engagement: Encouraging customer feedback through review invitations, promptly responding to inquiries, addressing feedback and negative reviews and delivering exceptional post-sales product support.
6. Market Analysis: Conducting competitive product analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
7. Data Reporting: Organizing and consolidating report data to derive valuable insights, analyzing and interpreting data for meaningful reference points.
8. Daily Progress Tracking: Continuously monitoring tasks and proactively reporting progress on pending assignments to ensure seamless operations.
【Basic Qualifications】
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce on the Amazon platform.
3. Proficiency in reading/writing in English. (TOEIC score 800+ or equivalent English proficiency certification.)
4. Strong command of Microsoft Office products, incl. Excel (like pivot table analysis/VLOOKUP/Index functions), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, etc.
5. Highly organized with the ability to establish efficient processes and workflows.
【Preferred Qualifications】
1. Master's degree or equivalent certification in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
2. Familiarity with analytical tools like Power BI or with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
3. Previous experience in creating Google Ads campaigns.
4. Prior experience in e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, eBay, etc.
5. Proficient in data analysis with the ability to generate, interpret and derive insights from data.
