1. 公司/工廠設備修繕維護,營繕工程規劃,監工,水電維修。
2. 採購及維護事務機器及電器用品。
3. 落實公務器材及公務車之使用管理規則。
4. 採購並維護辦公事物及庶物用品。
5. 電信郵務,政府部門及文件處理遞送。
6. 工廠衛生安全管理責任。
7. 其他主管交辦庶務工作
