職務描述
1.進行Liquid cooling system(液體散熱系統)
或Cooling Module(冷板模組) 研發設計/模擬測試/數據分析與評估
2.依據客戶需求提供設計規格與相關解決方案
3.協同品質部門制定可靠性驗證規格與條件
職務需求
1.熟悉CFD模擬軟體、Creo工程繪圖軟體
2.熟悉電子產品的機構設計原理和熱傳理論，並能夠了解並解決相關問題
3.具備良好的溝通能力與分析問題和解決問題的能力
4.具有良好的團隊意識、工作態度積極
5.有水路配管經驗者尤佳
